UPDATE: Reading the 160 comments, very few supported the accusation that Dr. Mohler might be a racist.
Hooray for the commenters who, this time, did not jump on the Amen bandwagon.
Shame on T.W.W. for allowing this smear to be published.
Dissecting Wartburgwatch and I-Monk which presents themselves as blogs dissecting Christian trends but dissect, mostly, conservative Evangelicals who have an historic orthodox view of Scripture. Not a lot of happy commenters seen on those blogs.
Careful - you will get Headless Unicorn Guy all excited if you mention Hitler.
ReplyDeleteI have observed his commenting for a long time now, how he never ever mentions the name Jesus, but does mention the names of various dictators who were mass muderers, trying to compare the likes of John Piper to them. In fact in this connection he posted the most vile comment I think I have ever read, and Parsons allowed it to stand even though she had previously expressly asked commenters to refrain from this kind of posting.
Still, at least I assisted HUG on one occasion by correcting his copy and pasted German sentence about obeying orders, supplying the Umlaut (ΓΌ) as I have a German keyboard!
