Does T.W.W. really care about Jane or do they just seek to smear John MacArthur - who so openly stands for orthodoxy regarding the eternal Scriptures. T.W.W. does approve of Scriptural orthodoxy - misses the feminine narrative.

Dissecting Wartburgwatch and I-Monk which presents themselves as blogs dissecting Christian trends but dissect, mostly, conservative Evangelicals who have an historic orthodox view of Scripture. Not a lot of happy commenters seen on those blogs.
Let us therefore make every effort to do what leads to peace and to mutual edification.
ReplyDeleteYes, the problem is how damaging this type of behavior is and it puts the victim in a state of mind that can hardly be cured or healed. Let me paint you a word picture. You're walking out of safe way, feeling good about your graham crackers, the cheese that was half off, and a flower for your wife. You get up to your car when, someone blindsides you and throws a haymaker at your head. You stumble, unconcious for a second, and then come back to. Your facing a kid wearing a hoodie, gloves, and his pants are hanging off his waist by some hip flashy thick belt. He's hit you in the head and took your keys from you. You're still gaining consciousness as he gets in your belovedly restored Fiat, spits on the dash, and starts masturbating inside your car. He starts it up, and starts driving away with your wife's clean laundry in the trunk.

Then, you go the police, and they tell you, whoa, hang on buddy, you're racially profiling. You need to go home and rest and think about what you've done, trying to make this poor theifs life miserable. Look, you should just give him the car and be thankful he didn't kill you.
Do you know what I would have done? I would have gotten back up, chased down my car, crawled up to the front, and strangled and beat the kid until he gave up or died. That is not right, but that's how I would have reacted. I know myself. So can you guys give Jane a break, and have empathy for how she feels? The reason her tones are the way they are, is because her life was destroyed. That is all that is going on. Nothing else.
In fact, most men, including me, are just lucky women don't think and react the same way we do.
